We are very proud of our breads and their highest quality.
The process of making our breads is never rushed.  We use only minimal amount of commercial yeast to give our breads great flavour and crumbs in slow, long fermentation that takes as long as 24 to 40 hours.
Our San Francisco style sourdough breads are leavened very slowly with our natural home- made starter that creates hearty crumbs and unique mellow sour flavour. They are made with very simple ingredients ---- flour, water, and salt.
