Freshly baked artisan breads, all natural and with no preservatives or additives. All our flour is unbleached. Our whole wheat flour comes from a smaller, local company and it is ground with stones, process that doesn't remove much of the germ and bran.

 

The process of making our bread is never rushed. Each loaf of our bread takes from 30 to 40 hours to make, each hand-formed. Long fermentation is what gives bread favour great crust and crumb with long shelf life.
